Food has been the main focus all our lives! Because food is the basic need, our source of energy, our daily necessity without which we would be rendered useless, energy-less and all the perks of growth would have never come by!

Chia seeds- loaded with omega-3 and manganese!

Mustard oil- good for the brain as well as bowel!

Green leafy veggies- who would have thought that greens are good in                                                  omega-3. But apparently all those vegetarians out there load                                            your plate with greens because they are a rich source of omega-                                        3 too!

4. Get some cherry and other berries!!

Berries are not only succulent juicy foods which take your taste buds into heaven but also a good source of omega-3, and essential vitamins!
Grab a bowl and munch away!

Nuts are a rich source of vitamin E which relates to decreased cognitive function as you get old. So load your snacks with all kind of nuts and reap the benefits till the older you turns up!
